This year, all grades will come together for a friendly competition to see who can raise the most money. The winning grade will be rewarded with an exclusive pizza party filled with fun and laughter! But that’s not all – we also have a special prize for the family that goes above and beyond in their fundraising efforts. It’s a fantastic opportunity for our school community to unite, have a blast, and make a positive impact.
Working together to build a stronger community
Each year the Evansdale Education Foundation and the Evansdale PTA work together to raise money for our beloved Evansdale Elementary school. With the help of our students, friends, family and members of the community, our goal is to raise $30,000 for the 2024-2025 calendar year.
In the weeks leading up to our Eagle Trek event we ask parents and the community to support our fundraising efforts by placing donations and spreading the word to friends, family, and colleagues.

Get ready for an exciting morning on Monday, March 14th, as Evansdale Elementary hosts its annual Eagle Trek fun walk, marking the culmination of weeks of fundraising.
Over 600 students, from pre-K to 5th grade, will walk over a mile to raise funds for the school. The lower field will be buzzing with activities – classes taking turns on the track, engaging in games, and enjoying other fun-filled events.
Join in the excitement by participating or volunteering on the day of the event, and let’s make this Eagle Trek a memorable experience for our students and the Evansdale community!
Since 2011, the Evansdale Education Foundation and the PTA have worked together, in conjunction with our dedicated parents, friends and business sponsors to raise over $750,000. This money has been used to:
Help your child’s grade rise up on the scoreboard! The grade level that collects the most donations will receive recognition and some special perks. Bring the EagleTrek conversation home and help your child find creative ways to spread their Evansdale Spirit!
From now until March 14th, we ask that every student and family helps raise money for Eagle Trek. Whether it’s donations from family, friends, neighbors, lemonade stands or businesses — every donation can make a difference and have a huge impact on our students’ lives.
